AIIM - The Enterprise Content Management Association announces the expansion of its certificate training program to include two new programs for Business Process Management (BPM) and Information Organization & Access (IOA). These new programs will provide organizations with the skills and knowledge to improve their business processes and optimize enterprise search and findability. UK organisations indicate strong ECM spend in the next 12 months
AIIM Europe, the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) association, has announced post-show survey results following the AIIM Roadshow, which visited five UK cities last month. Visitor survey results indicate that overall planned investment in ECM technologies is holding steady despite falling cost-per-seat. Whilst 19% of respondents indicated that their organisation has an anticipated total spend in the next 12 months of over £200,000, the anticipated spend of 8% of respondents is in excess of £1m. A further 41% have budgets between £10,000 and £200,000. These figures match last year’s survey results to within one or two percent. more...
