WITH ITS AUTOMATIC RECONCILIATION SYSTEM, SGAIM PUTS AN END TO THE SLOW MANUAL PROCESS

28 April 2010

SGAIM, the company devoted to the introduction of electronic management solutions for business processes, launches the new i-Reconciliation service to avoid manual conciliations of supplier invoices. With this solution the company’s Accounts Payable Department can make invoice reconciliations automatically without manual intervention, which leads to reductions in costs and resources allocated to this tasks and an improvement in business productivity.

One of the great advantages of SGAIM’s i-Reconciliation is the simple integration of the data from the supplier invoices in the client’s ERP. The invoices, in both electronic and paper format, are received at SGAIM, and the reconciliation process begins. Those that have been validated by the system, after comparing them with the corresponding orders or delivery notes, are automatically entered in the client’s ERP. For those invoices not validated, SGAIM’s portal has a tray system that enables them to be checked by the different agents involved in the reconciliation process. Finally, for the ones that have been rejected for containing incorrect information or for being outside of the tolerance limits established for each supplier, automatic e-mails are sent to the different suppliers informing them of the incident in order to correct the invoice issued.

SGAIM’s i-Reconciliation allows companies to allocate fewer economic and human resources to checking invoices at the same time as it reduces the incidents on these and improves the efficiency of the Accounts Payable Department.

Reducing the time and costs involved in invoice accounting and reconciliation and meeting the payment deadlines agreed with suppliers, are just some of the main benefits of the solution. www.sgaim.com
