This AIIM Essentials course, developed by Training Resources, LLC will teach you
all of the essential steps required to successfully automate your organization’s AP function. The course guides you through all of the finite steps required to experience a successful implementation, beginning with a guideline of how to develop a business case for AP automation and calculate the ROI. The course then shows you what to include in the implementation plan, how to create an RPF and evaluate the responses, and what project management tools to employ to maintain effective control. The course also discusses how to build a project team and how to identify and communicate with stakeholders. Finally, you will learn how to manage the critical launch and post launch periods to insure a successful outcome.

Payment Terms and Conditions
1. Liability for payment of fees arise at the time of booking. Where a cancellation in writing is made 28 days or more prior to the start of the program a refund or credit note will be issued for 75% of the course fee. After this time, liability for the full amount remains.
2. In all cases of accepted and acknowledged company purchase order payments, payment must be made in full prior to the start of the program.
